That coupled with your own pro-development positions on past proposals should make the E27 site a shoe-in. As a company CEO myself, I know Amsterdam to be one of the more supportive communities of outside developers. (insert eye-rolling emoticon here).

Sorry, just not seeing a Las Vegas style casino in Amsterdam worth $250. Mil. Econolodge maybe at $50-80 mil. at best w/a farmers market based on the rendition.
Look Hard Rock Hotel multiple story grand type hotel w/a Mazzone steak house in Rensselare now thats in line with what the State is looking for and Howes Caverns may still propose with a theme park.

Diane’s a restaurant critic & promoter now too!
Well, if anyone can pull off a 24/7 buffet and dollar shrimp cocktails it’s the Mazzone Group; interested in expanding influence with sub-par service. The last time I patronized 677 Prime, I ordered a Kettle One martini: NO Kettle One, NO Belvedere. Was forced to settle for Stoli-Elite for $22 a martini. My last time was my last time.
